Usage Instructions
- Mixing Ratio: Pure Powder : Water = 100 : 30
- Coating Amount: Determined by the board surface material and smoothness, generally 150-160g/m2 (single side).
- Wood Moisture Content: Optimal 8-10%, Tolerance ±2%
- Hot Press Temperature: 80-120°c
- Hot Press Pressure: 8-16 Kg/cm2
- Hot Press Time: 1 minute per millimeter of board thickness
