1. Product Detailed Description
The Roller-Type Veneer Dryer operates through a continuous conveyor system of upper and lower rollers, which transport veneer sheets through heating and cooling zones. Hot air is evenly distributed across both sides of the veneer, ensuring rapid and uniform moisture removal.
Working Principle
- Veneer enters the preheating section
- High-temperature air (typically 140–200°C) is applied via circulation fans
- Rollers press and convey veneer steadily through drying chambers
- Cooling section stabilizes the veneer before discharge
