The Double-Deck Stainless Steel Mesh-Belt Veneer Dryer is a continuous drying system composed of:

Fresh veneer sheets are automatically fed onto the stainless steel mesh belt and conveyed through multiple temperature-controlled zones. Hot air penetrates through the mesh belt, efficiently evaporating moisture from the veneer. Part of the exhaust heat is recycled, significantly improving energy utilization.
The double-deck structure increases drying capacity without increasing floor space, making it ideal for medium to large-scale veneer production lines.
